Agent arrives deal with to deal with with masked gentlemen whilst displaying home

A California real estate agent was about to acquire a prospective homebuyer within a home when he discovered two gentlemen in gloves and masks managing into a waiting motor vehicle.

The agent, who was displaying homes within Glendale’s 1500 block of Heather Ridge Highway, to start with understood a thing was amiss following seeing a motor vehicle waiting exterior the residence even though the lockbox hadn’t been opened. On coming nearer, the agent observed two masked gentlemen run from the back of the home towards the parked motor vehicle, a Toyota Camry.

As the Glendale Police Department representative afterwards told the L.A. Periods, the gentlemen experienced broken into the home by way of a rear window with the intent to rob it. The law enforcement was in a position to observe the motor vehicle as it was making an attempt to push absent on the closest freeway and arrested three gentlemen in relationship with the theft.

The arrested included 27-calendar year-old Jerry Cunningham, 19-calendar year-old Demetres Ford and a 16-calendar year-old passenger who experienced tried to exit the motor vehicle and run absent on foot. The law enforcement also located surgical masks,  nylon masks, a pry bar and other instruments within the motor vehicle.
